OB Mail Merge 1.6

OB Mail Merge is an Outlook plugin for sending bulk email.
OB stands for Outlook Booster. The purpose of this utility is let you use the Outlook familiar interface to send personalized emails to a list of addresses. This program will let you import and export contact lists, or create them just to use them within the program. It is also capable of managing those lists, unsubscribing from them to those users who send a message with a given text.

This add-in installs a new tab in your Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010. It does not work with Outlook older versions. Basically, you will have an access to a wizard that will let you send bulk mails. You will have to choose the recipient list and exclusion list for each email. Then, the program will open a new email message in your Outlook, that will have a special header, and that you can fill with any information that you want to send. In order to customize your messages even more, the program allows to add a merge field into your messages. This way, you can make your emails look like if they were personalized, using the name, address or any other information of the recipient that you have in your list. Then, you can specify how many messages you want to send, and how many time will you wait till sending more. The trial version will let you send 25 emails for free.
